  • When you book a reading, you are paying for time, not specific results. Reading outcomes may vary, and we can't not guarantee the readings will be personal to you or guarantee specific results in your reading. The results of each reading may vary. We can. not guarantee that the readings will be personal to you.

  • All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VIP Readings and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from this Site without the prior written consent of VIP Readings.

Payments and Billing:

  • All payments made on this Site are processed securely through our payment processor.
  • By making a purchase or booking on our Site, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Please refer to our "No Refund Policy" for information on cancellations and refunds. We have a zero refund policy on all of our services, and they are non-returnable.

  • VIP Readings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products or services purchased from us. We are required to state by law that readings are for entertainment purposes only, and information shared within the scope of our services should not be seen as advice, and you should not base any decisions or actions you make off the context of your readings. We can not guarantee a connection, or specific/individual results. You pay only for our time. We can not discuss health, finance, fertility or legal matters.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIP Readings and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any breach of these Terms. Our services should not be replaced with medical advice, or any other advice for that matter, and any decisions or choices you make should be your own, and should not be influenced by our services. Our services are for entertainment purposes only.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
